After huge success in the field of real estate and land development (11 projects have been completed and a further 33 projects are currently under development), Ratanakorn Asset has moved into the field of service apartment, hotel and hospitality business. Currently Ratanakorn Asset is managing over 7 service apartments. There is five more service apartments are developing under Ratanakorn Asset branding. In the end of year 2007, Ratanakorn Asset plans to manage altogether over 12 service apartments with more than 1,000 units.

The History of Ratanakorn Asset Co. Ltd.

Ratanakorn Asset Co. Ltd. is one of the best real estate and land development companies in Thailand. The company specializes in many areas of property and land development. Ratanakorn Asset was established in 1986, with the aim of “developing the standard of living in the city, and offering our clients more than just the dwelling”. In the early years of the company, we developed the Ratanakorn Village 1 project, consisting of single houses and townhouses. Today, the company has successfully completed a variety of developments such as housing projects, commercial shopping centers, luxurious beachfront and city-centre condominiums.
